Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class from our warehouse in California.

Empress De Luxe Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Empress De Luxe purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

3. Await a return confirmation: Once we receive your email, we'll review your request and send you a return confirmation email with further instructions.

Please note:

• Only unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached are eligible for return.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Final sale items (clearly marked as such) are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Upon receiving your returned item(s) and confirming their condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [number] business days.
